Breast Implant Surgery in Denver vs Colorado Springs

I recently had one of my breast augmentation patients bring Kim, a friend of hers, who was considering breast implant surgery in Denver. She had a consultation in Denver for the breast surgery using silicone implants using an incision under the breast. My patient had the same procedure done by me here in Colorado Springs. Kim was curious about why her friend, my patient, paid 30% less than the price she was quoted by the Denver plastic surgeon.

I didn't have a good answer at the time but told Kim that I would look into it. I called 10 plastic surgery practices in Denver and asked for quotes for breast enlargement surgery, as well as tummy tucks and liposuction. I was amazed that the prices across the board were 25-40% higher than we were charging.

Commercial realtors were able to explain that some of the difference was due to the higher cost of office rent, employee salaries, housing costs, and general cost of living in Denver as compared to Colorado Springs Cosmetic Surgery. Given these facts I believe that breast implant surgery (breast augmentation), tummy tuck surgery (abdominoplasty), and liposuction prices in Denver vs Colorado Springs can be attributed to higher overhead cost.

I believe that as prospective cosmetic surgery patients find out that the cost of surgery is significantly lower at Colorado Springs Cosmetic Surgery as compared to Denver, they will seriously consider making the 50 min drive for their cosmetic surgery.
